I can't tell you the number of texts I get now from doctors who are former competitors. They’ll check in and say, “Hey, I just wanted to update you on your patient. They’re at my hospital and we're looking to discharge them tomorrow. Which dialysis unit do you want them to go to?”

We want to lift everyone if they need help. The first step is for NSIPA to be a friendly hand as a large Nephrology group that reviews the data of the individual practices and collectively helps that data get better.
