Chairman of the Board

Dr. Marwaha is ABIM Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He has a long-standing reputation in Orange County as a knowledgeable and compassionate physician. He is deeply involved in the care of patients with Kidney disease and always aims to discover improved methods to care for his patients.

Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Wechsler believes very strongly that kidney disease and the associated conditions of heart disease and diabetes can be prevented or slowed with early detection and treatment. His general philosophy in medicine is to educate his patients so they will be empowered to aid the doctor in treating their disease.

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Gandhi is a well-versed nephrologist who diagnoses and treats patients in Northridge and Thousand Oaks, California.  As a nephrologist, he specializes in the treatment of kidney disease, from diet and medication to renal replacement therapy. In addition to English, Dr. Gandhi speaks Spanish, Sindhi, and Hindi. 

Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Sawelson is a Board-Certified Nephrologist who has practiced Nephrology for over 30 years in Torrance, California. He has interests in all aspects of Nephrology, with a special interest in pregnancy-associated hypertension, kidney disease, pre-eclampsia, pregnancy while on dialysis, and pregnancy when a kidney transplant is present.

Dr. Bruce Greenfield graduated from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, completing both his residency in Internal Medicine and his fellowship in Nephrology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He has been in private practice since 1986 and has also held various professional and academic positions such as Chief of Staff at California Hospital Medical Center and Clinical Instructor for the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

Dr. Kevin Pham is a nephrologist in Orange, California. He received his medical degree from University of California San Diego School of Medicine and has been in practice between for 25 years. His specialties include Internal Medicine and Nephrology.  He treats conditions affecting the kidneys, such as renal failure, kidney stones, and chronic kidney disease.

Dr. Vahabzadeh currently works in private practice while also seeing patients at HOAG Hospital. He enjoys seeing all types of nephrology patients, including patients on dialysis, patients with chronic kidney disease, patients with acute kidney injury, patients with resistant hypertension, patients with electrolyte disturbances, and patients with any other concerns within the nephrology specialty.

Dr. Patel serves as the Medical Director of several outpatient dialysis clinics and is actively involved in the betterment of clinical care for patients with Kidney Disease. She also participates in medical research as a clinical sub investigator. She has a special interest in CKD care and Glomerulonephritis.

Dr. Hsieh received his medical degree from Tufts University and finished his Internal Medicine Residency at University of California Irvine Medical Center. His Nephrology Fellowship training was completed at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He is also on the volunteer faculty at University of California Irvine’s Internal Medicine residency program as well as a guest lecturer for Memorial Family Medicine residency program and Saint Mary Internal Medicine residency program.

Dr. Ho is board certified in Nephrology and Internal medicine. He specializes in all aspects of nephrology with special interest in treating resistant hypertension and kidney stones. As a kidney donor to his brother with end-stage kidney failure, Dr. Ho has the experience to provide support and answers to his patients and family in regard to kidney disease, dialysis, donation, and the transplantation process.
