We represent a whole new approach to kidney care. Our aim is to prevent the progression of kidney disease in patients through the use of Quality Care Analytics, which allows our Kidney Care Advocates to better predict and intervene before a health crisis occurs in our patients.
Value-Based Care
Nephrology Specialist Independent Physicians Association (NSIPA) was developed in response to the growing need for better preventative options for those patients in the early stages of kidney disease. It is possible to delay the progression of kidney disease through proactive measures such as individual nutritional counseling, early detection, and responsive treatment interventions for our patients.
Our approach to value-based care relies on relationships and communication with our patients to ensure that they understand their care and their path toward better health. We engage with the patient to understand their needs, address their concerns, and strengthen their knowledge of their treatment options.

Quality Care Analytics
Nephrology Specialist Independent Physicians Association looks beyond the patient’s current diagnosis to include the full range of chronic kidney disease complications. We use Quality Care Analytics to network clinical data to practices and payors, which helps to drive our value-based approach to kidney care. Our efforts are focused on slowing the progression of the disease through early detection, tailored interventions, and addressing any social determinants of health.
